Case Studies
Problems and Goals
A major problem preceding our partnership was their website platform, Coreware, having many technical issues and limitations hindering the ability to improve SEO.
As a result of that and poor website management, they had systemic duplicate pages, poor internal linking, and other critical issues.
Their goals included increasing brand awareness within their niche, attracting new users to their accessories, and increasing sales.
Work Completed
I worked with Coreware developers on fixes and features that would enable us to do better SEO. These included adding the ability to edit URLs, canonical tags, page titles, and meta descriptions, adding content with accordions to PLPs, and more.
My strategy focused on fixing major technical issues early, building out their website architecture to include more PLPs to target keywords users search for that their product selection supported, optimizing their website and existing content based on keyword research, and then focused on creating high-quality content.
Results
Atlas saw improvements almost immediately after critical technical issues were mitigated, and continued to see increases in rankings and traffic throughout 2023.
Most of their KPI keywords improved to the top 3 positions, domain keywords ranking in the top 3 positions improved 125% (165 to 371, mostly commercial terms), organic clicks improved 80% (30.5k to 54.8k), clicks from non-branded keywords improved 224% (2.98k to 9.66k), and significant improvements to accessories pages.
They also saw more impressions for branded terms (like "Atlas magazines"), a great sign that their brand is growing within their niche.
We did not have access to sales data, but the owner said sales improved significantly from the website. They hired another machinist and asked us to "turn it off" because they could not keep up with orders (I told him we can't turn off SEO without deindexing the website and nuking progress).
They signed another 12-month retainer in 2024.

Problem and Goals
YHM had a website redesign and migration the previous year that was mismanaged. It resulted in significant losses to non-branded keyword rankings and organic traffic.
They aimed to mitigate issues from the poor migration, increase brand awareness, drive traffic to suppressors and accessories, and increase sales.
Work Completed
The beginning of our partnership heavily focused on strategy and fixing issues that caused performance loss from the 2022 migration.
This included technical fixes to their website architecture (URL structure, internal linking, redirects), robots.txt file, page titles, and resurrecting valuable deleted URLs.
Then I focused on on-page SEO, creating more PLPs based on KW research and their product catalog, and creating high-quality content.
Results
By Q3, they started to see significant improvements in rankings, traffic, and sales.
Many KPI keywords improved to the top 3 positions, domain keywords ranked in the top 3 improved 68% (304 to 510, mostly commercial KWs), clicks improved 67% (107k to 180k), non-branded clicks improved 184% (9.74k to 27.7k), and sales improved significantly.
In March 2024, organic revenue improved 38% ($42,377.13 to $58,379.71), with revenue consistently outperforming the previous year by $15-30k every month starting in October 2023.
YHM signed another 12-month retainer in 2024.

Problem and Goals
Hunter Recruiting was in the process of a website redesign that was mismanaged by their internal team, who did not have experience with web design or SEO.
They needed to put a comprehensive SEO strategy behind their website redesign to improve organic traffic after the migration and mitigate any losses that could happen from poor migration management.
Their goal was to wrap up the redesign and launch the new website, then continue the SEO strategy to improve organic traffic and leads.
Work Completed
Between September 2024 and February 2025, most of my time was spent working on strategy, making improvements to the staging website, and collaborating with the external agency Hunter hired to create the website. I also did some light work on the existing website, including technical fixes and on-page updates based on KW research.
On February 18th, we launched the new website and then moved on to the planned post-migration strategy.
This included improving the job board (improving URL structure, canonical tags, job schema, page titles, meta descriptions, and content with Bullhorn ATS data via API connection), building out staffing industries pages, creating high-quality content for web pages and blogs, and making technical improvements to internal linking, page speed, and more.
Results
From September through February, they saw some improvements to keyword rankings and traffic, with most of them being informational and blogs.
After the migration, they had significant improvements to rankings, traffic, and leads.
Through June 2025, KW rankings improved 250%, AI overview rankings improved 1,200%, impressions improved 515%, clicks improved 244%, and client leads improved from 0 to 3-4 per month. After the job board updates, traffic to their job listing improved 250%, and web job applications doubled.
